4. Invoices & Documentation

We provide Amazon-accepted invoices and, where applicable, Letters of Authorization (LOAs). Misuse of documentation will result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of The Elite Wholesale. Use without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccuracies in product listings
  • Delays due to third-party services or logistics
  • Loss of revenue from Amazon account issues beyond our control
